To process a contribution, we collect the M-Pesa phone number and amount you enter, and, if you choose to identify yourself, a name. If you create an account, we also store your full name and email address. We do not collect or store your M-Pesa PIN — that is entered directly into the Safaricom STK push prompt on your phone and never passes through this platform.
Every contribution is recorded against the project, pledge, offering, or fundraising challenge it was made toward, along with its M-Pesa confirmation status and receipt number once confirmed. Account holders can view this history and download receipts and statements from their dashboard at any time.
By default, contributions are shown as anonymous on any public donor list — your name is only shown publicly if you explicitly choose to enter and display it. Organizers and church administrators can see donor details necessary for reconciliation regardless of this choice.
Information collected is used only to process and confirm contributions, maintain accurate giving records, generate receipts, and communicate with you about a contribution or account if needed. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
